In March of 2001, St Patricks Day, the Slackers were just beginning what was to be a 2 month tour of the United States. We are backing up this new album that just came out in February called 'Wasted Days.'

We were playing at Beloit College, a small college that we played more than once. It had a core of ska fans in the early 2000s.

We were playing a mix of songs from the first 4 albums plus a couple rarities like Max Romeo's Chase the Devil.

Once again, in these live music deprived times, this set brought me back to more relaxed time. When we could play indoors for hours and hours. This was a pretty long set.

The crowd is funny. Full of attitude.

Just let it take ya back. Back to early 2001.
